It's a beautiful day out there today. I can't fully enjoy it because I'm tied to my computer working on final assignments, of course, but I still notice it. Spring's a nice time, even though my personal preference is the fall. People seem to like spring, but then again, I mean, any season that's coming off of the heels of that cruel mistress winter is going to look good.
We had some alfalfa sprouts in the fridge, so I made a sandwich out of them and it was pretty good. As the package says, where you enjoy lettuce, you will LOVE sprouts. It's true enough I guess, they did add a good taste to the sandwich. In fact, it makes you wonder why sprouts haven't taken off like lettuce has. Everywhere you look, you see lettuce on sandwiches. Sandwiches, burgers, always with the lettuce. Why haven't sprouts got that kind of love? I mean, lettuce is good, but sprouts are out there too.
Well, anyway, I don't know how much longer I can talk about sprouts versus lettuce.
I realize I haven't made an update to The Place to Be in over a month. I guess you can blame it on school keeping me busy. I was surfing online and came across this website called Twitter, which is apparently taking the world by storm. It's like a blog site, but instead of posting long blogs like this, you post more frequent little posts. Maybe that's something to look into, I don't know.
Until later, then.
